At Looks Unlimited, we appreciate and respect all of our guests, and we ask for that respect in return. Our service providers work very hard to accommodate our guests and when someone “no-shows”, cancels, or reschedules last- minute, it affects not only the provider’s income, but from potential clients who would have loved to have that appointment time. Therefore, we have decided to implement our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy below to be fair to both our clients and service providers.

 

The Looks Unlimited Salon & Spa Treatment policy is:

Your appointment is very important to us at Looks Unlimited. Your allotted appointment time is reserved especially for you.

We confirm appointments 48 hours in advance via our text message reminder system because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago.

We do understand that sometimes schedules change; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24-hour notice or for which you do not show will require you to pay a deposit before scheduling your next appointment. Any future missed appointment will be charged 100% of the service.

We understand that emergencies arise and we will do our best to accommodate those rare occasions. Please note, we do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy.
